2008 Association Goals

 

  1. Maintain liaison with the State Soil Conservation Committee (SSCC) and New Jersey Association of Conservation Districts (NJACD).

  1. Review District's Personnel Policies

  1. Review and update information available on employee benefits

  1. Publish the "District Profile," the association's quarterly newsletter.

  1. Pursue additional training for district employees

  1. Maintain presence on the web to update our members on training opportunities, association functions, and SCD job openings, etc.

  1. Assist the SSCC and NJACD on special projects.

  1. Maintain liaison with Northeast Association of Conservation District Employees (NACDE) and National Conservation District Employees Association (NACDEA).
